What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All purchases can be made instantly upon sign up or in your account. We do not accept Paypal or Purchase Orders.
Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The new plan will be available instantly.
Are there any setup fees or long term contracts?
Beanstalk is a month to month service, giving you the flexibility to downgrade, upgrade or cancel at any time. While refunds are not offered for past payments, if you downgrade or cancel you will not be billed again.
How does the 15 day guarantee work?
We're confident that you will love Beanstalk. If for any reason you decide that Beanstalk is not right for you after 15 days, just contact us and we will provide a full refund for the first month.
